USA: Our Hiring Process
What happens after you send your resume?



Thinking about a career with Sensata Technologies? We hope you are. We’re always seeking good people.

We work quickly once you’ve decided to contact us. We actually read the resumes emailed to us and we’ll do a quick comparison to the positions we currently have open. If you are a strong match to one of our openings we’ll either call or email you to establish contact.

Once we establish contact with you, you’ll probably talk to a recruiter by phone who’ll ask you more questions. Then, you might talk to the program manager or someone else in the department of the position that you are interested in. Once we have a match, we will want to have you visit Sensata to see what we are all about and so we can make the best hiring decision for you and for our company. We do everything we can to make the hiring process fast and easy for you. You could be hired by Sensata within days or a couple of weeks of submitting your resume.

But what happens if you don’t match one of our current openings? Don’t worry. Your resume won’t fall into a black hole. We have job openings all the time. Our recruiters will forward your resume to our resume database, so you’ll be on file with us. So even if you don’t hear from Sensata right away, your resume will be here when the right job comes along for you.
