2011
森萨塔完成对霍尼韦尔车载传感器(AoB)业务的收购，霍尼韦尔信耀汽车传感器(上海)有限公司更名为森萨塔汽车传感器(上海)有限公司。Sensata completed purchase of Honeywell's Automotive on Board sensors business, including Honeywell’s Automobile Sensors Co., Ltd. in Shanghai.
2010
常州工厂举办5周年庆典 - Sensata Changzhou celebrated its 5th anniversary
森萨塔供应商工业园在宝应成立–Sensata Supplier Industrial Park was established in Baoying
2008
电保护器（EP）业务部获得了首份设计于中国的产品的订单– Electrical Protection (EP) had its first order for product designed in China
森萨塔的传感器业务建立起首个技术中心和工程实验室 – Sensata’s Sensors business established its first technical center and engineering lab
宝应的4号楼破土动工 – Baoying broke ground on Building 4
2007
森萨塔收购了上海Airpax电器公司 – Sensata acquired Airpax Electronics Company in Shanghai
森萨塔的电保护器（EP）业务在中国建立起首个设计工程实验室 – Sensata’s Electrical Protection (EP) business established its first design engineering lab in China
2006
德州仪器的传感器与控制器事业部(S&C)更名为森萨塔科技– S&C became Sensata Technologies
2005
常州工厂正式投产 - Production began in Changzhou
宝应增加了3号楼 – Baoying added its third building
2004
德州仪器的传感器与控制器事业部(S&C)收购了江苏长恒公司，在常州开设了德州仪器常州公司– S&C acquired Jiangsu Changheng Company and opened TI Changzhou Company
1999
德州仪器（TI）的材料与控制器事务部（M&C）在深圳设立销售办公室- Materials & Controls business (M&C) opened a sales office in Shenzhen.
前身为M&C的传感器与控制器事业部（S&C）在宝应建设了2号楼 – Sensors & Controls (S&C), formerly known as M&C, built its second building in Baoying.
1998
德州仪器买下宝应电器在该合资企业中的股份，建立起一个完全独资的子公司 – TI bought out the Baoying Electric’s share of the JV and established a wholly owned subsidiary
1996
德州仪器（TI）的材料与控制器事务部（M&C）（现为森萨塔）与宝应电器共同在宝应创建名为江苏德州仪器电子设备公司的合资企业 – Former Materials & Controls business (M&C) of Texas Instruments (TI) (now Sensata) and Baoying Electric Appliance established a Joint Venture called Jiangsu Texas Instruments Electrical Equipment Company in Baoying.
德州仪器（TI）的材料与控制器事务部（M&C）在上海设立销售办公室- Materials & Controls business (M&C) opened a sales office in Shanghai.
