森萨塔中国制造对实习生是否有专门的职业发展设计和培训？
森萨塔中国制造根据职位要求和不同的时间段对实习生开展相应的培训与测评。从培训方面来讲，每一位森萨塔中国制造的实习生在实习期开始之后，都将有一名一对一的“工作伙伴”（“buddy”），这位“伙伴”或是资深的工程师，或是部门的主管，都将从全方位的角度帮助实习生实现个人与职业的发展。从测评与职业发展来讲，森萨塔中国制造的实习生将在实习期中期及全面的两个时间段对个人的实习成果进行回顾， “工作伙伴”也会与其一起完成阶段测评。技术人员会随着技术水平的不断增长而获得相应的提升：技术员－工程师－技术主管。
What career path and training opportunities can be provided?
Training and evaluation for Sensata China are based on different positions and experience levels. Regarding training, a “Sensata buddy”, either a senior engineer or a supervisor, will be appointed to help new employees with both personal and professional growth. In terms of evaluation, every employee will have their mid-term and full-term evaluation through periodical reviews with their managers. An example of a potential career path after an internship could be - Engineer – Supervisor - Manager.森萨塔中国制造何时举行校园宣讲？
森萨塔中国制造校园宣讲于每年的4月和10月展开。期间将在全国4个城市举办宣讲会，分别为南京、常州、镇江和西安。具体时间及地点请留意校园BBS及校内海报。
What about the schedule for campus recruiting and promotions?
Sensata China holds campus presentations and promotion activities in April and October every year in various cities such as Nanjing, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Wuhan and Xi’an. Please pay close attention to campus BBS and posters for exact time and venue.

Everyone is welcome to attend Sensata China campus presentations and recruiting activities! What are the basic requirements for candidates?
We appreciate well-qualified candidates with high ethical standards, a “can do” attitude and result-driven understanding. Requirements may be different for each role, including English level, etc. and details can be reviewed in our job descriptions.
对实习生有无专业要求？
森萨塔根据职位需要会有一定的目标专业作为甄选参考，但并非绝对标准，理科专业如电子类、机械类、材料类等为佳。
Are there any preferred majors?
Those who are majoring in electronics, mechanics, materials, etc. are preferred. But we also have jobs available in finance, supply chain, marketing, sales and human resources. Please check our job board for the list of opportunities at sensata.com.

请问在你们面试结束以后多久会确认实习，在实习结束以后多久会确认聘用?
面试结束后在半个月左右能收到面试结果通知，对面试合格者确认实习时间。在实习期结束后，通过中期与全面评估的实习生将在获毕业证书及学位证书后收到森萨塔中国制造的聘用通知。
After the final interview, how long until I get confirmation for job? If I am offered an internship, how long is the internship period?
Job qualification is usually confirmed within 15 days of the final interview. If you are offered an internship, those who have passed mid-term and full-term evaluation will receive our offer letter when their diploma and degree are provided. Internships usually are for 3-12 months depending on the internship.

Where are the working locations?
Most of our employees are located in Sensata Technologies Changzhou Co., Ltd., Sensata Technologies Baoying Co., Ltd. and Sensata Technologies Shanghai Co., Ltd. We also have a Business Centre in Shanghai and sales offices throughout China.

What about the compensation and benefits (C&B) for employees? How long is my probation period?
We believe in providing competitive C&B package for employees. And the salary will be stated in our offer letter. The probation lasts for 6 months (employment contract for 3 years).
